I wrote this comic last night while tired and about to go to bed. But then I thought, “you know what’s a good segue into sleep? Gentrification!”

Also, if there are any new readers out there, the d00d with the mustache is named “Mr. Tackles.” He often names things he creates after himself. This is the ultimate format for funny, which is why I employ it oh so often.

Yep. It’s not that I’m “running out of ideas”…nope…how absurd…
