This weekend I was in for a surprise. I spent Friday night in the ER, and Saturday morning was told that I needed an appendectomy. So I’ve spent the weekend lying in bed, watching the Simpsons, and keeping it real with dry toast, just like Mr. Tackles!

Of course, unlike him, I moved around a bit to prevent the onset of pneumonia.

Either way though, I now have no appendix. So I’m one useless organ down. My body is streamlined!
