At first Mr. Buttercrumb was going to be Mrs. Buttercrumb, until I realized that bore a striking resemblance to Mrs. Butterworth’s, so the sex got switched. I decided to keep the somewhat old-lady-speak Mr. Buttercrumb was giving Andy in the first chat-box in the first panel there.
My improv comedy show at UCB Theater is tomorrow at 4pm. I’m excited! But my body also decided it wanted to choose NOW to get a scratchy throat and start feeling ill. So it’s tea and rest and all that jazz for me so that I can perform well with my teammates and scene partners. Improv’s all about about teamwork, everyone. Teamwork and making ME, specifically, Mike Goldense, look good. Those are the two most important things they teach you in class. “Support your teammate, and also make THAT d00d LOOK AWESOME!”
